Bay Harbor Islands is a residential neighborhood next door to Bal Harbour and just east of Miami. The westerly island of Bay Harbor Islands is comprised of single family homes, in varying architectural styles and designs. The eastern portion features a mix of luxury condominiums. All of the Bay Harbor Islands homes and Bay Harbor Islands condos enjoy a view of the Biscayne Bay waterfront and enjoy close proximity to Miami Beach and Miami.

Many Bay Harbor homes are waterfront and enjoy wide unobstructed views of Biscayne Bay and have boat docks for those sea faring folk. Walking to the Bal Harbour Shops is also an option and many enjoy the benefits of small town living within the larger metropolis of Miami. South Beach is under ten minute drive and the Miami International Airport is under 25 minute drive. Shopping, dining, sunbathing on the beach, and all there is to do in Miami Beach to the south, there is little that is not to be enthralled with in Bay Harbor homes.
